Be advised that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to perform your service(s) at the scheduled time. 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service.
