Richard Tebeka

Former owner of IPSA and Okyo hair salon in Washington DC, is back in town after spending a 10 year in Peru, he is happy to be back joining Izzy Salon. 

Richard was born in Paris and did his training in France. 

With over 30 years of experience as one of the top hairdressers in Georgetown, where he had the opportunity to work with news and political personalities in Washington DC and occasionally from Hollywood.
